This one-page health and safety field-level hazard assessment (FLHA) Checklist provides an easy-to-fill document for field and site workers.

Over 40 hazards and their controls are contained in the checklist and fully meet the requirements of the occupational health and safety laws of all Canadian provinces and the federal government.

It requires the workers to just tick the boxes of identified site hazards and controls, therefore saving them time in completing the process and starting their jobs. It has room for entering additional hazards and control if needed.
