Local Pickup

We offer FREE local pick up of your order after we have confirmed that the order is ready, so you can pick it up by yourself or your delegate.

Please bring a confirmation email when you come to collect your order.

Direct Local Delivery

We offer a flat rate delivery for local orders within the Calgary, Balzac, and Airdrie areas of Alberta Canada. We will let you know if due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot meet our delivery promise.

This rate is $10.00 per order.

Shipping by Post

We ship to all provinces within Canada and to parts of the US and UK. 

Shipping charges are based on shipping weight/shipping address and are automatically calculated during the checkout process before payment is made. 

Our shipping carrier is Canada Post. 

Returns and Refunds

We strive to provide customer satisfaction. If you are not pleased with your items you can contact us by email to edkinart@gmail.com and request a return/refund.

If you have any questions please call us at 587-586-2734 to discuss returns/refunds.

A return request must be made within 7 business days of receipt of a shipment.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

We will issue a full refund upon our receipt of returnable items. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment or as a store credit. We do not accept opened items. 

If an order is returned to us as "undeliverable" by Canada Post, the buyer is still responsible for the outgoing delivery and return shipping charges.
