When we receive your design text/image/idea, we will create a mock-up final product and request your approval before going into production.
This item can take some time to produce depending on how long it takes us to discuss and decide on the customization needed. Therefore, it is always good to order early with this timeframe in mind. Turnaround time is 2-5 days.

3. Product Finishing
The choice of print type on the shirt will depend on some factors as enlisted below:
- For complex multi-coloured designs, on 100% cotton light-coloured shirts and dark-coloured shirts, we would use heat transfer paper or direct-to-garment printing.
- For complex multi-coloured designs on 100% polyester light-coloured shirts, we would use heat-direct ink transfer.
- For simple single-colour designs, on 100% cotton shirts of any colour, we would use heat transfer vinyl or heat transfer paper or direct-to-garment printing.
- For simple single-colour designs, on 100% polyester shirts light coloured shirts, we would use heat transfer vinyl, heat transfer paper or heat direct ink transfer.
- For simple single-colour designs, on 100% polyester dark-coloured shirts, we would use heat transfer vinyl or heat transfer paper.
We will match your choice of fabric type, colour and design style to determine the best possible finishing and have you approve it before production is commenced.
